Careers support available at your fingertips
Appointments
If you require any 1-to-1 careers support, please book a 1-to-1 appointment through Engage. We’re offering both remote and in-person consultations – bookings for 20-minute consultations open a week in advance, and for 45-minute ones, you can book for up to three weeks in advance.
Appointments with our Placement Teams – use the online booking system. For any questions or issues, please get in touch with the relevant Placements Team via email.
**Please note that we’re offering a mix of online via Teams and in-person appointments across all campuses. When available, you’ll be able to select those from the usual online booking system on Engage.
Online Resources
Please also be reminded that there are plenty of resources available online to support you in your career journey. For example, if you feel like now is a good time to update your CV and Cover letter, you can use all of the relevant resources provided on this page.
Some employers are arranging video interviews and online assessment centres to job candidates as an alternative to face-to-face selection. Prepare by using any of the AI software available to you for free via the ‘Resources’ tab on Engage – for example, use CareerSet to polish your CV, Shortlist.me to practise your interview skills or this informative AGCAS page to help you prepare for psychometric tests.
Short Engage how-to videos
