CETI is the central, professional department responsible for:
- Academic Professional Development
- Curriculum Development and Innovation
- Leadership and Co-ordination of Education Research
- Westminster Learning Communities
- Co-ordination of the Foundation programmes
- English for Academic Purposes (EAP)
- Student Partnership initiatives
- Learning and teaching events, workshops and symposia
