New to Teaching Workshops for Historians on 11th September, 10.00am – 4.30pm
Location: Institute of Historical Research, Senate House, University of London
In the past 4 years, the IHR, History UK and the RHS have been staging events to support early career historians. Participants at this one-day event will develop their understanding of innovations in teaching and learning, curriculum design, assessment and feedback, quality assurance, teaching seminar groups, using digital technology in the undergraduate classroom and preparing for the academic job market.
There will be five presenters, including:
· Peter D’Sena (University of Hertfordshire)
· Jamie Wood (University of Lincoln)
