2. Evaluate the feasibility of scaling the chatbot across all modules.
3. Address potential equity concerns and develop inclusive practices for broader student involvement in the pilot project.

Success Criteria:

• High satisfaction scores from students and colleagues using the chatbot.
• Effective handling of escalations with minimal unresolved queries.
• Evidence of improved learning outcomes or efficiency in pilot courses.
• Positive feedback on plans to expand the chatbot’s use across the VLE.
