Project Objectives and Project Plan
The Project Objectives are:
- Test the effectiveness of a module-specific chatbot in enhancing student learning and support.
- Evaluate the feasibility of scaling the chatbot across all modules.
- Address potential equity concerns and develop inclusive practices for broader student involvement in the pilot project.
Success Criteria:
- High satisfaction scores from students and colleagues using the chatbot.
- Effective handling of escalations with minimal unresolved queries.
- Evidence of improved learning outcomes or efficiency in pilot courses.
- Positive feedback on plans to expand the chatbot’s use across the VLE.
