Closed for lunch 12pm - 1pm each day

Closed all day Saturday and Sunday and bank holidays

This document is intended to act as an update to the research document, ‘Achieving Code Level Five with Concrete and Masonry’, which is included, as an appendix, in this downloadable version, for reference. Zero Carbon Performance summarises the key design decisions reached by the design team for the original study and updates the fabric specification to take account of new Fabric Energy Efficiency Standards (FEES) and the revised definition of a zero carbon home.
