The House of Commons Environmental Audit Committee has published the findings of a short inquiry undertaken to explore some of the issues we expect the Chancellor of the Exchequer and the Treasury to address as part of Autumn Statement 2012 and future Budgets. Issues covered include the environmental impacts of tax measures, measures to support the Energy Efficiency Strategy, and fuel and vehicle excise duty. The report is published in two volumes.
