A manifesto for planning and land reform

The Planners Network UK (PNUK) is a group of professionals, academics and others who believe that there is a need for a new long term rethink of the planning and development system in the UK. They argue that it is not just that the current system fails to deliver the housing and sustainable development that is needed, but that the system is unfair and unjust. They believe that successive governments have failed to grasp the vital need to look at land, planning and the property market as one set of overlapping issues that must be radically reformed together. The group has published a manifesto for planning and reform as a basis for discussion.
