Closed for lunch 12pm - 1pm each day

The macroeconomics of climate change: a review of existing techniques to model the impacts of climate change and the role of adaptation

Defra has published a report that surveys state-of-the-art research on the macroeconomic effects of climate change for the UK. The report provides a review of the current techniques that exist to model the macroeconomic impact of climate change with and without adaptation. The report then suggests a framework for understanding the macroeconomics of climate change and provides a checklist of issues that future studies could aim to cover.
