BLP European Hotel Market Survey 2014

The law firm Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) has published its first European Hotel Market Survey report. Following responses from over 400 participants from the hotel sector (amongst them investors, lenders, owners, operators, developers and advisers), the report takes a look at the top ten market highlights for 2014 along with featured insights from industry leaders, Josh Wyatt of Patron Capital Partners, Philippe Bijaoui from InterContinental Hotels Group and Diane Scott and Tony Burnell from Lloyds Banking Group. Topics include: the future of investment in the hotel industry; the role of the Millennials; and the impact of online comparison sites.
