How to …increase demand for hard to let properties

Hard to let properties have always posed a challenge to landlords and void properties are an inevitable aspect of housing management. However reforms introduced in April 2013, particularly the social sector size criteria, have led to properties that previously would have generated a lot of interest now remaining empty for an increasingly long time. This ‘how to’ briefing explores some of the challenges faced by providers, and highlight examples of how other organisations have increased demand for their hard to let homes.
