Closed for lunch 12pm - 1pm each day

Closed all day Saturday and Sunday and bank holidays

Barker Review: a decade on

The Barker Review of Housing Supply, authored by economist, Kate Barker, was published in March 2004. It had been commissioned by the Labour government to examine the operation of the housing market and address land and planning issues that contribute to market volatility and a lack of supply. This report from the Home Builders Federation considers its impact on the policy environment and framework for housing supply in the decade since its publication.
