New technologies are creating unthought-of possibilities; demographic changes are altering our global society; a changing economic balance redistributes global opportunity; emerging lifestyles create more diversity and climate change poses challenges to the fundament of our existence. These megatrends impact transport and mobility in ways that decision makers need to reflect today in order to shape responses that will remain valid in a rapidly changing world.
