The LOWCAP pathway for delivering a low carbon, energy efficient North Sea Region

The policy recommendations from the LOWCAP project have been officially published online. The document, which is available to view for free, includes recommendations under different themes for delivering a low carbon, energy efficient North Sea Region, while at the same time addressing the European level. The LOWCAP cluster project presents a review of the knowledge exchange and experiences from four Interreg projects. Key results from these projects have been compiled and analysed to produce a North Sea Region perspective on low carbon and energy efficiency issues. The recommendations are open for comments.
