As temperatures plummeted in London at the end of October, all the major ice rinks announced their opening times for the festive season.

Save the date for this year’s skating season at some of London’s most popular rinks.

1. Glide At Battersea, open from 11 November to 8 January 2023

The Natural History Museum rink closed for good last year, but the same operating company is opening a brand new rink at Battersea Power Station. Only a virtual map is available at the moment, it looks very big, probably windy next to the river and has tonnes of restaurants and shops.

Glide will be at Battersea Power Station between 11 November – 8 January 2023. Tickets are available here.

2. Skate at Somerset House, from 16 November until 15 January 2023
