Inside Housing magazine and Orbit Group organised a webinar on the topic of commercialisation of housing associations. Budget cuts mean social landlords are facing unprecedented pressure to diversify their income. However, the regulator wants to avoid another Cosmopolitan-style rescue and is wary of landlords taking undue risks.
