Monday 9am - 5pm
Tuesday 9am - 5pm
Wednesday 9am - 5pm
Thursday 9am - 5pm
Friday 9am - 5pm

Closed for lunch 12pm - 1pm each day

Closed all day Saturday and Sunday and bank holidays

This report is based on evidence received and research undertaken by the City Growth Commission. It offers a bold alternative solution to the current inefficient centralised model. It does not presuppose that city-level investment and decision making is always best, but instead aims to demonstrate the benefits that can exist in a metro-driven, systems-based approach to infrastructure and connectivity.
