Honest Buildings entered the UK market last year and already provides information on 9,500 commercial properties. International Property Measurement Standards Coalition

The International Property Measurement Standards Coalition (IPMSC) is an international group of professional and not-for-profit organisations working together to develop and embed a single property measurement standard. International Sustainability Alliance

This global property alliance is setting benchmarks for the environmental performance of commercial buildings. A set of demonstration benchmarks for buildings across Europe has been formulated by the International Sustainability Alliance (ISA), a new group of real estate owners, occupiers, developers and funders, working with BRE Global.
