Our introductory episode for our new interview series, the‘IHUL Chat Room’, has now been released.

We are talking to one of our favourite people and the expert behind IHUL’s fabulous services and workshops.

Fatima Butt, our Chat Room host and our Social media and Marketing intern sat with Dr. Steve Ingham where they talk about Steve’s personal career path, his journey towards where he is today and his relationship with IHUL.

Steve is a performance scientist, with experience training Olympians like Sir Steve Redgrave and Dame Jessica Ennis Hill and currently also helping business executives achieve their goals through a combination of leadership thinking and science-based information. In this interview, he discusses his school years, trying to get into the fitness and science industry and provides insight into the mindset it takes to be able to advise Olympians on which methods to use in order to win.

Steve is, in collaboration with IHUL, conducting workshops and fitness testing services with Rowers, Runners, Cyclists and others.
