Dr Magda David Hercheui, WBS/BIMO senior lecturer, has been invited to participate in an online alive debate on social media for small and medium enterprises (SME). The debate was on 5th July, and the conversations and advices can be accessed on the following link.
In the conversation, Magda gave some advices on how to design better strategies for social media platforms, emphasising the relevance of context, content and identity to build communities around brands. Particularly, Magda has emphasised the relevance of choosing the social media channels carefully, and understand the differences between communities in different channels.
Dr Magda David Hercheui is a senior lecturer at Westminster Business School. She specialises in information systems and project management, researching social media environments.
