The basic MS Teams integration with Blackboard allows instructors to create a Teams meeting link, which needs to be made available to all enrolled users on the course to join the meeting via the link.
Please Note that this will not create a calendar entry on Blackboard, your Outlook or MS Teams Calendar.
Students will also not get an invite via email; it only creates the meeting link on your course/module site and the Stream for students to join the session by copying and pasting the link to a web browser.
