What is Blackboard? Blackboard is a Learning Management system (LMS) designed to support your learning by providing a virtual classroom.
How do I access Blackboard?
You can access Blackboard online by going to learning.westminster.ac.uk (https://learning.westminster.ac.uk) To login use your university’s Microsoft account and password.
I forgot my password?

I do not have access to my Timetable?

How do I find my modules?
You can search for the modules that you are enrolled in.
If there is no link to one of the modules you are taking, see the question below.
I can’t see my module site?
The most likely explanation is that you are not registered for that module on the student record system (SRSweb). You can check your module registration status on SRSWeb. If you can not see the module listed under the Module area in SRSweb, you should contact the Student Centre, which will inform the Registry team. Once the registry team add the module on your SRSweb the information will filter through to Blackboard within 24 hours.
My blackboard module says it is “Unavailable or Private”?
Your module is unavailable because the course instructor is preparing the course and will make it available when it is ready.
If you are concerned about this, please contact the module instructor.

After completing your studies
After completing their studies, students have access to Blackboard for up to 6 months from the date that they complete their studies.
During this period, students will only have access to the last 3 academic years’ content. For example, if the completed date is July 2023 then only 2020, 2021 and 2023 module sites are available for students to access. This is because Blackboard only keeps data for the last 3 years including the current year.
