Fix Your Bike Evaluation
As part of a larger research consortium led by UWE, on behalf of the Department for Transport, the University of Westminster and Transport for Quality of Life are conducting a survey to evaluate the Fix Your Bike voucher scheme (which was administered by the Energy Saving Trust).
The purposes of the survey are to understand people’s experience of receiving the Fix Your Bike vouchers, and to gain insights which will help with designing schemes to support cycling in the future.
Details of how survey data are being treated are given in the Privacy Notice for this project.
The terms and conditions for the prize draw associated with the survey are available here.
The survey is taking place in phases, and those who applied for a voucher and expressed willingness to take part in research will receive a personal request to participate by email.
The Fix Your Bike scheme is run by Energy Saving Trust. If you have a query related to the scheme itself, please write to Energy Saving Trust at: fixyourbike@est.org.uk. If you have any queries or comments specifically about the survey, or would like additional information about the evaluation of Fix Your Bike, please contact: Tom Cohen, t.cohen@westminster.ac.uk, 020 3506 6941. Please note that comments made within the survey itself will not receive individual replies.
